With all the information out there of all the types of food we should be saying no to… what treats can you say yes to? Dates, just to name one (and many more to come)!

One of the main reasons why ‘diets’ fail is because people feel restricted. If you’re choosing to eat better, you also have to choose food that makes you happy.

Have you ever taken a few bites of your food and then thought, “Huh, I’m not actually that hungry ”. Maybe it happened just after serving that plate full of delish looking food.
