Jennifer

Hi! I’m Jennifer Olejarz, a therapist, coach, and nutritionist.  My mission is simple;  I’m here to offer practical solutions and unwavering support to help you transform your well-being.

As for me, my journey began with degrees in both Psychology and Nutrition from Western University, Canada.  I wanted to understand the mind-body connection and how to truly help others heal.  I also wanted to learn how to stop ruminating in the past and focus on goal-setting solutions for the present, so I got a Life Coach Certification. With this combo, I could dive into total-body support to help people move out of anxiety, depression, insomnia, eating disorders, yo-yo dieting, and more.

What sets my technique apart is my specialized diploma in Problem-Solving Brief Therapy (PSBT). I use problem-solving strategies to create meaningful change through simple, bite-sized goals. Because after practicing different methods, I have to say, this is the one that works.
