Empecé a integrar algunos hábitos realmente saludables gracias a Jen. Could not recommend Jennifer enough! I've really been enjoying working with her; she did a great job and making sure that the suggestions she gave fit my lifestyle so that they would be easier to implement. Jen's professionalism, knowledge, and empathy have done wonders for my health- both mentally and physically. I’ve been dieting and stress eating for the last couple of years, always gaining and losing weight without long-lasting change. Jen has totally shaken up how I view my eating habits! I loooooove bread and dairy, but used to look at both of those food groups as evil. Empty calories they say... inflammatory... She has helped me look more closely at my relation to these foods: I love it, but it is bad for me and I feel super guilty whenever I eat it, so I restrict it and then end up binging. Now I finally see how to get out of these cycles and develop a kinder approach that also works for my body. Thank you so much!!!!!

I have always struggled with a few extra kilos and did not feel very comfortable in my body for most of my life. One of my coping mechanisms for stress was overeating, which is a pattern i always wanted to work on. In addition to that, i have several intolerances and had difficulties finding the right diet for me. A friend recommended Jen, who is a specialist in emotional eating and healthy nutrition. She has shown me many practical exercises to cope better with stress and has given me lots of ideas for a healthy diet. Most of the dishes she recommends are gluten free, dairy free and with healthy or natural sugars. I have now followed her advice for a few months and am super happy with the results and how i changed my relationship with my body and with food in general. Thank you so much Jen for all your help! I highly appreciate it and can definitely recommend her as a nutritional coach!

It's just so easy to talk to Jen and feel supported, she's so kind and understanding. I finally feel like I have someone who really listens and guides me, without any pressure or judgment. Having Jen's help on my nutrition and health journey has been priceless. She is not only very well informed but has other qualities that make transmitting all her knowledge easy. I felt she truly wanted to help me, she listened to my story and managed to suss out what was at the root of my stress eating, beyond addictions to certain foods. I feel that she helped heal some of my emotional triggers for stress eating at the same time as giving me a clear approach to what a healthy relationship with food looks like.
